“Knee Mobilization” The flexion of the knee joint is trained in a sitting position. The knee is lifted while the heel pulls towards the thigh. By lifting the knee, evasive movements are avoided.

Both joint partners (thigh and lower leg) are moved to their full extent of movement. It is important to make sure that both buttocks are equally loaded during the exercise. Do 10 repetitions with 2 passes for each knee. Continue with the next exercise
