2. mobilization exercise for the foot

You sit in a long seat on a carpet pad. Both knees and feet are stretched out. The heels remain constantly fixed to the floor.

From one foot pull the toes towards the upper body. The knee lifts slightly off the floor. Then stretch the knee joint and foot again.

The heel must not move with the knee. You can work with both feet alternately. While one foot bends, the other foot stretches at the same time. Mobilise each side up to 20 times. Go to exercises for the knee joint
