3. mobilization exercise for the cervical spine

In an upright position, you actively pull your shoulder back, straightening your upper body and stretching your cervical spine. Mobilize the cervical spine with a semicircular movement. First look over your right shoulder and then lower your chin to the floor.

The chin then draws a half circle. In the final position, look over the left shoulder. Repeat the exercise 10 times. Continue to the next exercise
