Achilles tendon – stretching exercise on the wall

“Stretch on the wall” Place yourself one step away from a wall. Now support yourself with your arms against the wall by bending your upper body forward. The heels remain firmly on the floor.

The knees are fully extended. Hold the tension in your calves for 10 seconds. A second pass follows.

You can also perform the exercise in step position. The back leg then stretches the calf muscles. Continue to the next exercise
