Alkaline diet

The alkaline diet is a diet based on alkaline foods, which at the same time avoids acid-forming foods. The aim is to prevent the body from becoming overly acidic and to balance the acid-base balance. Allowed are a lot of fruits like apples, pineapple, avocado, bananas, berries, mangoes, watermelon etc.

Numerous vegetables such as broccoli, beans, potatoes, peppers, beetroot and onions. Also mushrooms, various herbs and salads, nuts, sprouts and basic konjac noodles or shirataki noodles are on the menu.
