Ankle Joint Instability – Exercise 9

“Foot lifter muscles” Tie the Theraband as a loop and fix it around a solid object (table leg, sofa foot). Hang one or both feet with the forefoot into the loop. The heel remains fixed to the floor.

From this position, pull the toes towards you and let go again. The knees are not fully extended. Perform 2 sets of 15 repetitions each. Continue with the next exercise
