The athlete check for the health and performance athlete includes a computer-assisted determination of individual health risks, cofactors – with causative factors – of existing diseases, the individual micronutrient additional requirements (vital substances) and an optimized diet taking into account:

  • Gender and age
  • Body measurements (height, body weight; waist-to-hip ratio, optional).
  • Family history (pedigree analysis over three generations).
  • Physical activity (occupation)
  • Sports activity – sports discipline, training frequency, training duration.
  • Diet
  • Consumption of stimulants
  • Paternity or pregnancy history, respectively.

  • Medical diagnostics – on request performance ergometry
  • Laboratory diagnostics – on request lactate determination

Based on a medical expert system, you will receive individual health, preventive, nutritional, micronutrient and fitness/training recommendations, as well as other recommendations as appropriate, such as performance diagnostics, lactate testing, etc.

The individual fitness/training recommendations – based on gender, age, height, body weight, health risks and pre-existing conditions – include the optimal number of training days per week, duration per training session, activity metabolic rate per week, optimal training heart rate and suitable sports disciplines.
