Overview
Basica products are basic food supplements that help to balance the acid-base balance of the body and increase performance. Excess acids, for example, which are produced by the increased consumption of animal proteins such as meat, fish and sausage, cereal products, coffee, alcohol and nicotine, cannot usually be neutralised sufficiently. Stress, anxiety and worries can also influence the acid-base balance unfavourably on the side of the acids.
The lack of bases then often manifests itself in rapid fatigue, exhaustion, decreasing concentration, reduced performance, as well as joint problems and changes in skin, hair and nails. Basica products contain many important minerals and trace elements such as zinc, calcium and magnesium. These minerals neutralize excess acids, stimulate the energy metabolism and help to reduce fatigue and exhaustion, as well as increase mental performance. To support the intake of Basica products, regular exercise is recommended, for example in the form of swimming, jogging or cycling, as well as sufficient drinking (approx. 1-2 litres a day) to support the kidneys in flushing out excess acids.
Basica Vital
Basica Vital is a basic granulate that can be stirred into food and used for cooking and baking. It is tasteless and heat-resistant. It contains numerous trace elements and minerals such as calcium, zinc, iron, magnesium, potassium and sodium.
Furthermore, it is free of iodine and gluten and contains no sweeteners. Basica Vital is available in 200g and 800g packs. The costs are between 7 and 20 Euros.
It is recommended to stir one portion of Basica Vital (about 16g) into food in the morning and evening. Basica Vital does not dissolve well in liquids. Basica Vital can also be taken by pregnant and nursing women. Please note that Basica Vital contains lactose and is not suitable for lactose intolerant people. In case of lactose intolerance, however, other Basica products can be used.
Basica Compact
Basica Compact is available in tablet form. These are small, tasteless tablets that contain neither lactose nor sweeteners. Like Basica Vital, Basica Compact tablets are free of iodine and gluten and contain all important minerals and trace elements necessary for a balanced acid-base balance.
It is recommended to take about two tablets three times a day with sufficient liquid. Basica Compact is available in 120 and 360 packs. The costs are between 10 and 30 Euros.
Basica Direct
Basica Direkt are small, alkaline microbeads that can be taken without adding liquid and dissolve quickly in the mouth and throat. They contain all important minerals and trace elements that the body needs to regulate the acid-base balance. Basica Direkt micro pearls have a lemon flavour and are lactose and sugar free. Basica Direkt is available as a 30 piece package and costs 10 Euros. It is recommended to take Basica Direkt twice a day without water.
