Sinapis nigrae semen PH – Black mustard seed PH: Black mustard seed consists of the whole, ripe, dry seeds of suitable species of the genus L., especially Koch, Czern., (West) O.E. Schulz and (Thunb) Forb. et Hemsl (PH). PH requires a minimum content of volatile substances after enzymatic cleavage.

  • Mustard flour: powder from mustard seeds.
  • Artificial mustard oil (Sinapis aetheroleum artificiale, allyl isothiocyanate).
