Therapy for hemospermia depends on the cause (blood pressure adjustment, if necessary; correction of existing anticoagulant/anticoagulant therapy).
In case of infection with evidence of pathogens, targeted antibiotic therapy is required.
In case of hyperuricemia (elevation of uric acid level in blood), uricostatic therapy (inhibition of synthesis of uric acid) should be initiated.
Surgical therapy is indicated for vascular abnormalities, cysts, or polyps.
