- Leukocytopenia – decrease in white blood cells (leukocytes).
- Thrombocytopenia – decrease in blood platelets (thrombocytes).

- Endocarditis (endocardial inflammation).
Infectious and parasitic diseases (A00-B99).
- Recurrent (recurring) infection.
Liver, gallbladder, and bile ducts-pancreas (pancreas) (K70-K77; K80-K87).
- Cholecystitis (gallbladder inflammation).
- Pancreatitis (inflammation of the pancreas)
- Peritonitis (inflammation of the peritoneum)
Musculoskeletal system and connective tissue (M00-M99)
- Arthritis (inflammation of the joints)
- Bursitis (bursitis)
- Sacroiliitis – inflammation of the sacroiliac joint, which is located between the sacrum and the hip bone.
- Spinal brucellosis (sclerosing disease of the vertebrae).
