Cautious use

Under certain circumstances Meditonsin® can be taken, but special care is required. Caution is required when using: If any of the above symptoms occur, please consult your doctor. Children under the age of seven months should not receive Meditonsin® as there is insufficient documented experience.

As mentioned above, children between seven months and one year of age should consult their physician before taking Meditonsin®. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult with your treating physician. Actually Meditonsin® does not show any effects, but it has not been scientifically documented. Even if Meditonsin® contains a small amount of alcohol, you are allowed to drive and operate machinery.

  • Newly occurring or unclear, persistent complaints
  • In case of shortness of breath or fever.

Side effects

If you experience any of the following side effects while taking Meditonsin®, stop taking this medicine immediately and seek medical attention As with all medicines, homeopathic medication can have certain side effects, but not everyone can experience them. Possible side effects are: If one or more of the above mentioned side effects occur, you should stop Meditonsin® and consult a doctor or pharmacist.

  • Increased salivation
  • Hypersensitivity reaction with itching and skin rash
  • Initial aggravation (i.e. the symptoms of the disease become worse after taking the drug).

Interactions

If you are taking, or have recently taken, other medicines, you must tell your treating physician, as interactions between medicines can always occur, even if Meditonsin® is a non-prescription homeopathic medicine. Currently there are no known interactions with other medicines.
