Social anamnesis
Current medical history/systemic medical history (somatic and psychological complaints).
- Do you suffer from a bloated abdomen?
- Do you have abdominal pain? If so, how are they related to food intake?
- Are your stools greasy and shiny?
- Do you have diarrhea? If so, what does the diarrhea look like (watery or grayish-shiny) and how many times a day do you have to go to the bathroom?
- Do you suffer from nausea?
- Do you feel listless and tired?
- Do you suffer from concentration problems?
- Do you suffer from depression?
- Does your child have failure to thrive? (Question for parents)
Vegetative anamnesis including nutritional anamnesis.
- Do you have a loss of appetite?
- Have you lost weight unintentionally?
- Do you eat a balanced diet?
Self history incl. medication history
