  • Do you remember being bitten by a mosquito?

Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).

  • What symptoms have you noticed?
  • How long has this symptomatology been present?
  • Have you noticed any skin changes?
  • Do you have a fever? If so, what is the temperature? Does the temperature fluctuate?
  • Do you suffer from pain? Headache? Joint pain?
  • Do you suffer from nausea, vomiting, diarrhea?
  • Have you lost weight unintentionally? If so, how much weight in what time?
  • Have you noticed any lymph node enlargements?
  • Have you noticed water retention on the body?
