Social history

  • What is your profession?

Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).

  • How long have the changes in the toes been present?
  • Are these changes painful?

Vegetative anamnesis including nutritional anamnesis.

  • Do you often wear tight or unsuitable footwear?
  • Do you suffer from dry skin, especially on the feet?

Self anamnesis incl. medication anamnesis

  • Pre-existing conditions (diseases of the musculoskeletal system).
