Colocynthis
Colocynthis is only available on prescription up to and including D3.
- The inflammation of the mucous membranes is accompanied by strong, cramp-like pain, often felt throughout the abdomen, forcing them to contract
- These pains occur preferably during urination, frequent urge to urinate with only small amounts being excreted
- The urine smells very strong
- The patients are violent, angry and quickly outraged
- The complaints improve with rest and warmth, get worse with movement, also with anger and fright
Nux Vomica
Nux vomica is available only on prescription up to and including D3.
- Irritable, overworked people with sedentary lifestyles and a tendency to abuse stimulants as compensation
- No balanced day-night rhythm
- Patients are active, nervous and violent
- Inflammation of the mucous membranes manifests itself by cramp-like pain before urination, the bladder feels like it is not emptying properly, frequent urge to urinate
- Patients are very sensitive to cold and quickly suffer from an irritable bladder when their feet cool down
- The urge to urinate often remains unsuccessful due to a cramping of the urinary tract
- The complaints improve through rest
- Worse in the morning hours, after meals and after stimulants
Mercurius corrosivus
Mercurius corrosivus is only available on prescription up to D3.
- Persistent cramp-like pain in the bladder and the urinary tract
- Patients complain of sweating after urination and night sweats
- The night sweats are sticky, foul smelling, yellowish
- Strongly burning pain in the urethra, urine flows only sparsely and is slimy -sided
- The complaints are aggravated in cold air and in the warmth of the bed.
