  • What symptoms have you noticed?
  • Do you suffer from headaches?
  • Do you feel tired, constantly exhausted?
  • Do you suffer from muscle weakness?
  • Are you prone to constipation?
  • Have you noticed any heart palpitations?
  • How long have these changes existed?

Vegetative anamnesis including nutritional anamnesis.

  • Has your appetite changed?
  • Do you suffer from excessive urination?
  • Do you have increased thirst?
  • How much do you drink daily?

Self history including medication history.
