Connect fingertip

To connect the fingertip, the fingertip bandage can be used: First you take a plaster and cut it off, depending on the size of the finger between 8 and 12 cm long. Exactly in the middle of this bandage you should cut two triangles into it, so that you can later fold it around your finger. Now remove the protective cover of the bandage and take care not to touch the sterile part.

Now glue one side of the finger up to the middle of the triangle and take your other hand to help you to glue the bandage around your complete finger. The advantage of this bandage is a position of the finger in an anatomically reasonable position, which prevents the injured finger from being injured worse than before by impacts. It also protects against contamination by bacteria and other germs that could enter the open wound through water or air. Moreover, it is very easy and quick to apply and with a little practice it can be done with only one hand.
