Klosterfrau Melissengeist® is a traditional herbal medicine and is traditionally used against various ailments. Its effect is based on tradition only and has never been scientifically researched or justified.

Contraindications
Melissegeist® should not be used internally if you are allergic to one of the ingredients or if you suffer from stomach or intestinal ulcers. An allergy to one of the ingredients, as well as damaged skin (burns, eczema, open wounds) and skin diseases also speaks against an external application of Klosterfrau Melissegeist®.
Pregnancy and lactation
Even the slightest amount of alcohol can cause serious damage to the child, which is why Klosterfrau Melissegeist® must not be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Application for children
Internal use is also prohibited for children under the age of 18 due to the alcohol content.
Precautions
If the symptoms of the disease persist even after treatment with Klosterfrau Melissengeist®, a doctor should be consulted. The ingredients contained in Klosterfrau Melissengeist® make the skin more sensitive to light, so that skin inflammation can occur with UV radiation. For this reason, prolonged exposure to the sun should be avoided during external treatment with Klosterfrau Melissengeist®.
Klosterfrau Melissengeist® must not be taken on an empty stomach, as this can lead to irritation of the stomach with heartburn, stomach pain, nausea and nausea. If Klosterfrau Melissengeist® comes into contact with eyes, they must be rinsed with water immediately and for 10 minutes. If Klosterfrau Melissengeist® is frequently used externally, a moisturizing treatment is recommended, as the high alcohol content in Klosterfrau Melissengeist® has a drying effect on the skin.
