Social anamnesis
Current medical history/systemic medical history (somatic and psychological complaints).
- What symptoms have you noticed?
- Do you suffer from frequent respiratory infections?
- Do you have frequent productive cough? What does the sputum look like?
- Do you have any additional gastrointestinal symptoms? Which ones?
- Are there any abnormalities in your bowel movements? Color, shape, odor?
- How long have these symptoms existed?
Vegetative anamnesis including nutritional anamnesis.
