Social history
Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).
- Are you experiencing pain? If yes, when does the pain occur? At rest or only with exertion?
- Where is the pain localized?
- Do you have any limitations in hip mobility?
- Since when do these symptoms exist?
- Are other joints affected by restrictions?
Vegetative anamnesis incl. nutritional anamnesis.
- Do you get enough exercise every day?
Self history incl. medication history
- Pre-existing conditions (bone / joint diseases).
