Ménière’s disease

  • Stimulant use
    • Alcohol abuse (alcohol dependence)
    • Nicotine abuse (nicotine dependence)
  • Mental stress situation

Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPLS)

Behavioral risk factors

  • Turning the head can trigger a seizure; especially in the morning

Environmental exposures – intoxications (poisonings).

  • Drug use
