Current medical history/systemic medical history (somatic and psychological complaints).
- Have you noticed any tenderness in the right upper abdomen?
- Did you experience any other symptoms?
Vegetative anamnesis including nutritional anamnesis.
- Are you overweight? Please tell us your body weight (in kg) and height (in cm).
- Do you eat high calorie and especially high carbohydrate?
- Do you drink alcohol? If so, what drink or drinks and how many glasses per day?

Medication history
- Acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) – drug used as a pain reliever and for blood clotting.
- Amiodarone – antiarrhythmic drug (drug which is prescribed against cardiac arrhythmias).
- Calcium antagonists – drugs against hypertension (high blood pressure) such as verapamil or amlodipine.
- Glucocorticoid therapy – drugs against inflammation and allergic reactions such as cortisone.
- Nivolumab (checkpoint inhibitor used as an agent against various tumors).
- Methotrexate – drug used primarily in rheumatoid diseases.
- Nucleoside analogues – drugs such as ganciclovir, which are used for viral inflammation.
- Synthetic estrogens – female sex hormones.
