Sufficient vitamin D is built up again and the entire growth is accelerated with a calcium increase in the blood. One can imagine easily that thereby not always only the desired healing of the winter damages takes place, but also unwanted incidents occur: Circulatory disturbances, blood pressure crises, allergy fluctuations, loud in itself already unpleasant attacks, which, according to experience, sometimes have even longer lasting serious consequences. Because ultraviolet radiation also acts as a hormonal stimulus, spring is finally the high time of internal secretion and brings the annual peak of sexuality with its sunny and dark sides. After all, a considerable number of important and variously linked phenomena, which already justify a few minutes of reflection and contemplation. Even if the dwelling man, as long as he is healthy, is able to intercept these attacks with his reservoir of forces without effort, he does better to submit to nature and to follow its changeover by appropriate adaptation of his habits of life.This is the deeper meaning of all spring cures, and here one should not feign tiredness, in general the spring tiredness, for which one made otherwise the sinking of the vitamin content in the food responsible, comes this year only after the spring vitality and goes according to recent expert opinions on the account of increased hormone distribution.

Treatment of spring fatigue

Change yourself: Do things you don’t usually like to do, and let others do things you don’t usually like to let them do. For example, instead of taking a nap at noon, go for a walk for an hour or, if you have to walk and toil a lot otherwise, relax and lie down in the spring sun for a quarter of an hour without thinking about work. Smokers give up half their cigarette ration and non-smokers give up their beloved chocolate bar. Everyone checks their weight; no one eats between meals, and everyone ensures that their body is thoroughly purified, with or without a fruit day and laxative tablets. The most proven means: fasting, not starvation, systematic fasting according to a set plan with a happy face; proven for thousands of years. One full meal, two small refreshments. And not to forget, a cure lasts not four days, but four weeks; and occasionally there are fourteen days of extension. It creates a whole new body feeling, just the spring feeling. Finally, just as spring has always been about love, love and skin are as inseparable from each other as skin and spring are from each other. Whenever it is a matter of decisive interventions of nature in the human organism, as in the case of spring, the skin gains special significance. At the same time, with its appendages, especially the hair, it is also a decisively important sexual organ, which sometimes causes evil tongues to address love exclusively as a skin matter. The skin must participate in the spring cure. Treat it not only to the first rays of the sun, but also to a vigorous warm bath with soap and brush. It will thank you for it, especially if it is then lovingly cared for with a good cream, because it needs not only water but also fat. One must not only be washed with all waters, as it is called in the vernacular, if one wants to survive the aggressive spring weather well, but also anointed with all ointments, as they say in Bohemia. Last but not least, behind the fresh skin there must be the firm will to really participate and to honestly go through the cure, which is always also a spiritual exercise. Otherwise, it would be better to postpone it to next year, which would be a pity for the missed opportunity.
