- Is there a frequent occurrence of connective tissue weakness in your family?
Social history
- What is your profession?
- Do you have to carry heavy?
Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).
- Do you have pain or a feeling of pressure in the abdomen?
- Do you have a feeling of pressure “down”?
- If yes, when does the pain/pressure sensation occur?
- Where exactly is the pain localized?
- Have you noticed any bleeding from the vagina or urethra?
- Do you have pain during sexual intercourse?
- Do you lose water when you laugh, sneeze or cough?
- Do you have problems with urination? With bowel movements?
- Do you have a chronic cough?
Vegetative anamnesis including nutritional anamnesis.
- Are you overweight? Please tell us your body weight (in kg) and height (in cm).
- Do you smoke? If so, how many cigarettes, cigars or pipes per day?
Self history including medication history.
- Pre-existing conditions (urinary tract infections, bronchial asthma with chronic cough, injuries).
