Social anamnesis
Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).
- What symptoms have you noticed?
- Are you experiencing any pain? In which area of the body?
- When does the pain occur?
- Do you have a headache when chewing?
- Do you have a severe headache, especially in the temple area?
- Do you have eye pain?
- Have you noticed any visual disturbances?
- Have you noticed any prolonged morning stiffness in yourself?
- Do you feel fatigued?
- Do you have a fever? Night sweats?
Vegetative anamnesis including nutritional anamnesis.
- Have you lost body weight unintentionally? If so, how much (in kg) in what time?
- Do you have sufficient appetite?
Self history including medication history.
- Pre-existing conditions (muscle / joint disease, cardiovascular disease).
- Surgeries
- Radiotherapy
