- Have you been abroad recently? If so, where exactly?
Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).
- Do you have diarrhea?
- How long does the diarrhea last?
- What does the bowel movement look like?
- Is it bloody? slimy?
- Have you noticed any symptoms such as nausea, vomiting?
- Have you lost any weight? If so, how much in what time?
Vegetative anamnesis incl. nutritional anamnesis.
- Do you eat a lot of fruits, vegetables, salads, even unwashed?
- Do you maintain personal hygiene (hand, toilet hygiene)?
Self history incl. medication history.
