  • Do you live/work in a community facility?

Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).

  • Have you noticed red papules on the head, especially on the back of the head, neck, or behind the ears?
  • Do these changes itch badly?
  • Have you discovered any lice or nits in the above designated areas?
