Cardiovascular system (I00-I99)

Mouth, esophagus (food pipe), stomach and intestines (K00-K67; K90-K93).

  • Anal fissure – mucosal tear at the anus.
  • Hemorrhoid bleeding
  • Anal prolapse – prolapse of the anal mucosa.

Neoplasms – tumor diseases (C00-D48)

Prognostic factors

  • The risk of hemorrhoidal bleeding increases with anticoagulant (anticoagulant) therapy. In such cases, even low-grade hemorrhoidal disease can lead to bleeding.
