- Have you recently been in countries with low hygienic standards (Southeast Asia, Russia, the Middle East, Africa, Central and South America).
- Did you eat fresh salads, raw foods there?
- Did you have drinks with ice cubes there?
- Do you work or live in community facilities?
- What is your occupation?
Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).
- Have you noticed symptoms such as general feeling of illness recently?
- Are you experiencing abdominal pain?
- Do you have a fever?
- Have you had gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea?
- Have you noticed yellowing of the skin?
- Do you have itching?
Vegetative anamnesis incl. nutritional anamnesis
- Have you lost body weight? Please tell us your body weight (in kg) and height (in cm).
- Have there been any changes in your bowel movements and/or urine? In quantity, consistency, color, admixtures?
