- What is the general health of your family members?
Social history
- Have you had contact with other sufferers recently?
Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).
- What symptoms have you noticed?
- Headache?
- Sore throat?
- Throat pain?
- Difficulty swallowing?
- How long have these symptoms been present?
- Do you have a fever? If so, for how long and what is the temperature?
- Do you feel sluggish and tired?
- Have you noticed any changes in your throat? Do these changes hurt?
