Social history
- What is your profession?
- Do you work physically hard in your profession?
Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).
- Where is the pain localized? Does the pain radiate?
- Did the pain come on suddenly or did it increase slowly?
- How long has the pain been present?
- When does the pain occur? Are there any pain triggers?
- Can you provoke the pain by movement or stress?
- Please describe the pain during the day (increase?)/ What is the pain situation night?
- On a scale of 1 to 10, where 1 is very mild and 10 is very severe, how severe is the pain?
- Do you have any functional limitations of the hip joint?
Vegetative anamnesis incl. nutritional anamnesis.
- Do you participate in competitive sports? If so, which sport do you favor?
Self history incl. medication history
- Pre-existing conditions (diseases of bones / joints:: eg, gonarthrosis / knee osteoarthritis; tumor diseases (bronchial, breast, kidney, prostate and thyroid carcinomas; multiple myeloma)).
