- For nervous exhaustion: three times 5-10 drops daily
- For insomnia (in the evening just before bedtime): 15-20 drops
- Can also be used as an additional bridging measure in the case of drug weaning
Coffea

- Patients are mentally and physically vividly excited

- To calm down: 3 x 5 drops over the day
- As a sleeping pill: 5-20 drops in the evening
Valeriana
