How does a supinator lodge syndrome differ from tennis elbow?

It is sometimes difficult to distinguish tennis elbow from supinatorlogenous syndrome. Therefore, supinatorlogenous syndrome is often confused with the symptoms of tennis elbow, especially when pain is the main focus. In supinatorlogen syndrome, the pain on the outer upper arm is clearly located in the muscle area, while tennis arm pain can be triggered by the humerus (lateral epicondylus). The typical tests for tennis elbow can also be positive in supinatorlogenous syndrome, which can easily lead to confusion of the clinical pictures.

Prognosis

It is difficult to make a prognosis in the context of the supinatorlogenous syndrome, as it depends mainly on the duration and severity of the nerve damage. A damaged nerve, which has already led to paralysis, cannot be completely healed as soon as the pressure is removed. The healing of such a damaged nerve may take months.
