How long am I not allowed to do sports?
After a liver biopsy, usual activities can be performed. However, intensive physical activities or travel to countries without modern health facilities should be avoided for at least 7 days. If a liver biopsy is performed and complications have occurred, it may be necessary to stop exercising for the time necessary for full recovery.
