  • Drink plenty of fluids: make sure you drink enough fluids. Here we are talking about so-called neutral liquids, so not coffee, black tea or alcohol, but mineral water or herbal tea.
  • Exercise: Move. A walk in the woods or a small piece by bike instead of by car not only optimizes the absorption of oxygen, but also promotes the exhalation of carbonic acid in the form of carbon dioxide.
  • Avoid stress: Avoid stress as much as possible. Do not get angry so often (do not be “mad” so often). Instead, think positively and smile more often.
  • Stimulate acid excretion: Support the acid excretion through the skin, for example, through regular physical exercise and sauna visits. Also avoid stress here (not too intense or hot and not too long).
