Many experts are of the opinion that a complete warm-up program is not necessarily necessary for a normal endurance run. A slow start would be sufficient to prepare the body sufficiently for a running session. However, the higher the performance level, the more thoroughly you should warm up, otherwise you will not be able to perform to your full potential at the beginning.

Particularly with jerky movements or movements with high intensity, such as uphill runs or driving games, warming up should not be dispensed with. Otherwise the risk of injury is significantly increased. Everyone should decide for himself whether and what kind of warm-up program he wants to do.
