Inhalation solution B is not commercially available as a finished drug in many countries and must be prescribed by a physician as an extemporaneous prescription and prepared in a pharmacy. In practice, different manufacturing prescriptions are used with the pure substances or the solutions. Dospir and Ipramol have a similar composition, but are not exactly identical. - Ipratropium bromide
- Dexpanthenol
- Water

Fields of application
- Chronic obstructive bronchitis
- Bronchial asthma
Effects
Salbutamol and ipratropium bromide relax bronchial muscles and have a bronchodilator effect. Dexpanthenol is thought to promote regeneration of inflamed bronchial epithelium.
Dosage
As directed by a physician. The solution is inhaled with an inhaler.
Contraindications

Adverse effects
Possible adverse effects include salbutamol and ipratropium bromide side effects. The most common include: Tremors (especially of the hands), headache, respiratory irritation, dry mouth, indigestion, dizziness, blurred vision, palpable heartbeats, rapid pulse, irritation of the mucous membranes of the mouth and throat, muscle cramps, hypersensitivity reactions.
