Internal use

“Retterspitz® Innerlich” is a healing product of the company Retterspitz®, which is intended for internal use in case of stomach problems. The “healing water” contains purified water, thyme oil, orange oil, lemon oil, tartaric acid, citric acid monohydrate, alum, denatured chicken egg, medicinal soap and ethanol. It is a natural healing product, which is taken as a liquid.

The field of application includes many symptoms that belong to the stomach complaints. “Retterspitz® Inner Inner” is used for irritable stomach, feeling of fullness, stomach pain, heartburn, flatulence, under-acidification and hyperacidity (acidosis). According to the manufacturer, the company Retterspitz®, the solution should restore the natural and healthy stomach environment.

The solution is available in 350 ml or 1 l bottles. The solution should not be used if you are intolerant to any of the ingredients. Patients with kidney failure and dialysis duty should also not take the product, as it contains protein.

Children and infants should only receive the product after consultation with a physician, as there are no data on its harmlessness. The liquid should be shaken well before use, as a flaky sediment will form if stored for a long time. This is caused by the protein it contains.

Adults can take “Retterspitz® Inner Inner” 3 to 5 times a day for stomach complaints. One liqueur glass (approx. 20 ml) can be taken per dosage.

An overdose with “Retterspitz® Innerlich” is not possible.The healing water should be taken a quarter of an hour before meals. Children can take one tablespoon (15 ml) of Retterspitz® 3 to 5 times daily from the age of two. Nevertheless, it is recommended to consult the pediatrician before taking it. Infants and children under 2 years of age should not take the product.

External use

“Retterspitz® Äußlich” is also a healing water of the company Retterspitz®, which is produced for external use. It is a natural remedy, which is used for various complaints. It contains purified water, thymol, rosemary oil, lemon oil, bergamot oil, orange blossom oil, arnica tincture, tartaric acid, citric acid monohydrate, alum, denatured chicken egg, medicinal soap, macrogolglycerol hydroxystearate and ethanol.

Like “Retterspitz® Innerlich”, it is also available in 350 ml and 1 l bottles. “Retterspitz® Äußlich” is mixed in equal parts with water in a bowl. Wraps are soaked in this solution and wrapped around the affected areas of the body according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

The healing water is used to support physical therapy for various conditions. One area of application is painful swelling after operations, such as endoprosthesis implantation or vascular prosthetic treatment. In case of inflammatory swellings or injuries such as pulled ligaments and muscle pain, Retterspitz® wraps can also be used.

Furthermore the supply after surgical interventions is an application area. These are mostly orthopedic or trauma surgery procedures for fractures, soft tissue surgery of the shoulder or even amputations. Further areas of application are a variety of sports injuries.

Retterspitz® wraps are also helpful in cases of milk congestion and mastitis. and Voltaren® pain gel Rheumatic diseases, fibromyalgia syndrome or other diseases associated with painful swelling of the joints can also be treated with “Retterspitz® External”. Further still wound healing disturbances or chronic wounds are to be called as application area.

However, it should be noted that the healing water must not come into direct contact with an open wound. Retterspitz® wraps may only be applied over a professionally applied wound dressing. The healing water can be used several times a day until the complaints subside.

In the form of calf compresses, “Retterspitz® Äußlich” can also be used for fever. To use “Retterspitz® Äußlich”, compresses are necessary, which can be purchased from the company Retterspitz®. These carry instructions for correct application and wrapping.

In principle, other textiles could also be used for wrapping. The wraps from Retterspitz® consist of an inner cloth, which is made of 100% linen and soaked in Retterspitz® solution, and an outer textile made of 100% cotton with Velcro fasteners. The outer textile is wrapped tightly around the inner textile and closed with the Velcro fastener.

Different sizes are available, which are intended for use on different parts of the body such as the neck, knee or shoulder. Depending on the size of the wrap, the manufacturer’s instructions state how much “Retterspitz® Äußlich” must be dissolved with water in order to sufficiently soak the wrap. The wraps should be removed at the latest when they are dry. The procedure can be repeated as often as desired during the day. Care should be taken not to wrap too tightly, especially in the case of circulatory disorders, so as not to obstruct the blood flow.
