Is lymphedema curable?
A complete cure for lymphedema of the arms is usually not possible. However, depending on the stage of the disease, at least a partial or even complete reduction of the swelling is possible. In many cases, regular professional therapy, which is started at an early stage, can limit the symptoms and prevent the disease from progressing.
