Is there a suitable complex agent? | Homeopathy for a boil

Is there a suitable complex agent?

Active ingredients: The Ilon® Ointment classic consists of different active ingredients. These include larch turpentine, purified turpentine oil, and essential oils of rosemary, eucalyptus and thyme. Effect: The different active ingredients lead to a cleaning of the furuncle.

The pathogens are fought and at the same time the maturation and emptying of the furuncle is promoted. Dosage: For the application of the ointment, it is applied in a 3 cm long strip on the furuncle and then covered with a bandage. This should be changed once a day.

Active ingredients: The complex agent Tamechol® consists of two homeopathic active components. These are Acidum silicium D8 and Myristica sebifera D3. Effect: Tamechol® accelerates the emptying of the pus on the boil.

The immune system is strengthened and at the same time the duration of the inflammatory process is shortened. Dosage: The dosage of the drops is recommended with up to 10 drops maximum three times a day. It should be taken before meals.

How often and for how long should I take homeopathic medication?

The frequency and duration of homeopathic treatment should be adapted to the extent of the furuncle. Since this usually occurs acutely and is accompanied by pain, care should be taken to use the preparations consistently. In many cases, the furuncle heals on its own within a few days, which means that the dosage of the homeopathic remedies should also be adjusted accordingly. If there are any uncertainties, a homeopathic doctor should be consulted.

Treatment of the disease only with homeopathy or only as supportive therapy?

Whether a boil can only be treated with homeopathy depends on the type and location of the inflammation. In order to prevent possible complications, antibiotic medications are in the foreground here, whereby homeopathic remedies can be used supportively.

  • If there is an uncomplicated, i.e. isolated boil in a harmless area, treatment with homeopathic remedies alone can be carried out. This should always be supplemented by protection of the corresponding area to ensure healing.
  • In case of multiple boils, pain or certain localizations, especially on the face, treatment should be performed under medical supervision.
