Is white skin cancer contagious?

Skin cancer and cancer in general are not contagious.Even in direct contact with the cancer-affected areas, infection is never possible. Only in the very rare form of virus-induced cancer variants, the transmission of the virus can also increase the probability of cancer in the infected person. In this case, however, one would not speak of an infection of the cancer.

What is the degree of disability (GdB) in white skin cancer

The German law for severely handicapped persons defines different degrees of disability. The degrees start at 20 and can be increased in steps of ten up to 100, whereby a higher degree is associated with higher impairments and thus also higher compensation for disadvantages. The presence of white skin cancer can justify a level 50 degree of disability.

This is defined by the Versorgungs-Medizin-Verordnung (Ordinance on Health Care Medicine). From a level of 50, one speaks of a severe disability with the corresponding compensation for disadvantages, for example a preferential employment, a certain tax allowance, protection against dismissal and many other facilitations. In advanced stages, for example in the case of metastasis of white skin cancer, the degree can be increased to 80.
