Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).

  • Are you suffering from flu-like symptoms?
  • Do you have a fever? If so, for how long and what is the temperature?
  • Do you suffer from nausea and/or vomiting?
  • Do you/does the patient suffer from headaches, impaired consciousness* , behavioral disturbances* , etc?
