Bridging: In the supine position, place both feet hip-wide near the buttocks and then press your hips upwards. Upper body, hips and knees then form a line. The arms lie on the floor at the sides.

or you perform small chopping movements in the air. Either hold this position for 15 seconds and move your hips 15 times dynamically up and down without putting them down. This is followed by 2 more passes. Continue to the next exercise.
