Healing effects and use of lady’s mantle herb

Menopausal symptoms in women, excessive menstrual bleeding. Less frequent with stomach and intestinal complaints. In case of skin impurities of young girls, lady’s mantle is mixed with pansies.

Preparation of lady’s mantle herb

1 weakly heaped tablespoon of lady’s mantle herb is poured over with 1⁄4 l water and heated up to boiling. Leave to infuse for another 10 minutes and then strain. The tea can also be used for external washing.

Combination with other medicinal plants

For skin blemishes, mix a tea made of equal parts of lady’s mantle and pansy and prepare as described above. It can be used internally as a tea but also externally as a compress.
