  • Have you been abroad recently? If yes, where?

Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).

  • Are you suffering from signs of an infection such as fever or muscle pain?
  • Do you have aching limbs?
  • How long have these symptoms been present?
  • Can you recall a triggering situation?
  • Do you feel nauseous?
  • Do you have chest pain? Cough?
  • Do you have a headache?
  • Do you have any confusion?*
  • Have you noticed any other symptoms?
  • Did you notice a yellowish discoloration of the skin?
  • Are there any changes in urinary output?
  • Have you noticed any nosebleeds or skin bleeding* ?
