Make Up

Make-up refers to the washable, colored design of skin and hair, especially on the face. It lies on the skin and acts as a barrier against environmental influences. It neutralizes the negative effects of pollution on your skin, protects against free radicals as well as harmful UV rays and prevents moisture loss. Make-up makes the complexion appear more even and conceals imperfections.

How is make-up applied?

  • Test the color of the makeup in the area of the cheeks. The color should match your skin tone and not be too dark.
  • Always apply the makeup over the day care on the whole face.
  • Spread it with your hands or with a sponge with gentle movements on the entire face.
  • Finally, also spread some makeup on the neck.
  • Always apply the makeup very thinly. If you want a stronger effect, you can apply a second layer after a short waiting time.
  • A really good make-up you do not see.

How to cover imperfections?

To cover irregularities such as redness, burst veins (couperose), pimples and small scars after makeup, use a concealer, which you can then fix with powder. To conceal dark circles under the eyes, products that visually lighten these areas are suitable. Note: When removing makeup, always start by removing makeup from the eyes (eye care), and only then cleanse the face. To do this, use a cleansing milk or gel that you spread on your face with both hands. This is gentler and also more effective. To do this, rub an appropriate amount of the milk or gel into your moistened palms and spread it over the entire face, massaging it in. Remove the excess with a cotton pad soaked in lotion or with lukewarm water.
