- Do you have a fever? If so, for how long? Is it continuous? How high is the fever?
- Do you feel sluggish?
- Do you suffer from headaches and / or aching limbs?
- Do you suffer from diarrhea?
- Do you have shortness of breath?*
- Have you noticed a yellowing of the skin or eyes?* .
- Have you noticed a noticeable reduction in urine output?* .
- Can you recall a mosquito bite?
