Metatarsal Fracture – Exercise 2

Active grasping/spreading: In this exercise the movement is up to the metatarsus. This area is therefore no longer supported by the own hand. For example, grasp a pen or fold a towel with your toes.

You can also pull yourself forward with your toes in a sitting position and push back again. The heel is in constant contact with the ground. Continue with the next exercise.
