- How long have the menstrual changes existed?
- What is the cycle duration* (from the first day of bleeding to the last day before the next bleeding)? What is the longest and shortest cycle, respectively?
- How heavy is the menstrual bleeding? How many tampons or pads do you need per day?
- How long does the menstrual period last?
- On which day of the cycle do you have your intermenstrual bleeding? How many days does this bleeding last? How heavy is this bleeding?
- Do you suffer from accompanying symptoms such as pain and / or fever?* * .
- Basal body temperature curve(BTK) – recording the temperature curve (measured before getting up) can give important clues about hormone imbalances.
